1-MONTH RENT FREE on a 24-month contract

• In order to qualify, residents must choose to rent a specific apartment that is included in the promotion
• Offers for apartments will only be sent to residents once we are able to confirm move-in dates with you.
• 24-month minimum contract.
• The one months’ free rent will be ‘4 weeks free rent’ in total, with a 2-week rental reduction to your second month’s rent and then a further 2-week rental reduction to your 24th month’s rent for your selected one or two bed apartment.
• The four weeks’ free rent is only applicable to specific homes within Bale & Anchor. This promotion is running on a first come first serve basis on a limited number of homes
• The credit for one months’ free rent is applicable for rent only and does not include additional services.
• Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the one months’ free rent offer is subject to the applicant passing tenant referencing checks and adhering to the tenancy agreement upon taking occupation of the offered apartment.
• No cash equivalents or alternative options will be offered.
• This offer is not applicable to returning or existing residents - only to new residents taking out new tenancies.
• This offer is not applicable to company lets.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including our referral scheme.
• We have the right to refuse this offer to any parties at any time.

1-MONTH HALF PRICE on a 12-month contract

• In order to qualify, residents must choose to rent a specific apartment that is included in the promotion.
• Offers for apartments will only be sent to residents once we are able to confirm move-in dates with you.
• 12-month minimum contract.
• The two weeks’ free rent will be applied in the following schedule, with a 1-week rental reduction to your second month's rent and then a further 1-week rental reduction to your twelfth month’s rent, for your selected one or two-bed apartment.
• The two weeks’ free rent is only applicable to specific homes within Bale & Anchor. This promotion is running on a first come first serve basis on a limited number of homes 
• The credit for one months’ half price rent is applicable for rent only and does not include additional services.
• Signing a tenancy agreement and receiving the two weeks’ free rent offer is subject to the applicant passing tenant referencing checks and adhering to the tenancy agreement upon taking occupation of the offered apartment.
• No cash equivalents or alternative options will be offered.
• This offer is not applicable to returning or existing residents - only to new residents taking out new tenancies.
• This offer is not applicable to company lets.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including our referral scheme.
• We have the right to refuse this offer to any parties at any time.
